  1. Project Scope

    All project requirements, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined before the project begins. Any additional requests will be treated as scope expansion and may involve extra cost or extended timelines.

  2. Client Satisfaction Priority

    Our primary goal is to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. We provide revisions within the agreed scope until the client is fully satisfied.

  3. Payment Terms

    • 50% advance to start the project.

    • Remaining 50% due upon final delivery.

    • For long projects, milestone-based payments will be followed.

  4. Delivery Timeline

    Delivery dates are shared after project confirmation. Timelines may shift if data or approvals are delayed by the client.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    The client must provide accurate data, access, credentials, and timely feedback. Any delay in inputs may impact project deadlines.

  6. Revisions & Adjustments

    DRCG offers revisions within the agreed scope. Major structural changes, new reports, or additional dashboards will be treated as new requests.

  7. Confidentiality

    All client data, files, reports, and business information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the assigned project.

  8. Data Security

    We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties. All files remain encrypted and protected during the project cycle.

  9. Use of Work

    After full payment, the client owns the final delivered work. DRCG may use non-sensitive, non-personal samples for portfolio use unless the client requests otherwise.

  10. Support After Delivery

    DRCG provides 7–30 days of free support (depending on project size) for minor fixes, clarifications, and adjustments.

  11. Cancellations & Refunds

    Work completed before cancellation will be billed. Refunds are available only if no work has been delivered after payment.

  12. Communication

    All communication will be done through email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls to maintain clarity and proper documentation.

  13. Quality Assurance

    Every project undergoes internal testing before delivery to ensure accurate data, error-free reports, and smooth functionality.

  14. Project Closure

    A project is considered complete once all agreed deliverables are submitted and approved by the client.

  15. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute will be resolved through communication with mutual understanding. Our aim is always a peaceful and client-friendly solution.
