Refund Policy
At DRCG (Data Revolution Consulting Group), we aim to deliver high-quality services and complete client satisfaction. However, if any issue arises, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only when:
The project has not been started after advance payment.
The client cancels within 24 hours of payment.
The deliverables are not provided as per agreed scope, and the issue cannot be resolved even after revision attempts.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
Work has already started or partial delivery is already shared.
Delay caused due to wrong, incomplete, or late data/input from the client.
Scope change during or after the project execution.
Digital deliverables already delivered (Excel reports, Power BI files, SQL scripts, dashboards, designs, etc.).
Client remains inactive or unresponsive for 7+ days after project start.
3. Revision & Support Before Refund
Before issuing a refund, we:
Re-check project requirements
Provide reasonable revisions
Communicate with the client to resolve misunderstandings
Offer alternative solutions (if applicable)
Refund is processed only when no resolution is possible.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
