Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At DRCG (Data Revolution Consulting Group), we aim to deliver high-quality services and complete client satisfaction. However, if any issue arises, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is applicable only when:

  • The project has not been started after advance payment.

  • The client cancels within 24 hours of payment.

  • The deliverables are not provided as per agreed scope, and the issue cannot be resolved even after revision attempts.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Work has already started or partial delivery is already shared.

  • Delay caused due to wrong, incomplete, or late data/input from the client.

  • Scope change during or after the project execution.

  • Digital deliverables already delivered (Excel reports, Power BI files, SQL scripts, dashboards, designs, etc.).

  • Client remains inactive or unresponsive for 7+ days after project start.

3. Revision & Support Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, we:

  • Re-check project requirements

  • Provide reasonable revisions

  • Communicate with the client to resolve misunderstandings

  • Offer alternative solutions (if applicable)

Refund is processed only when no resolution is possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
